ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN school in Dudley, West Midlands.
About the role
- Support the learning and development of pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons and learning activities.
- Lead small group and one-to-one sessions, providing targeted interventions to support academic, social, and emotional progress.
- Assist with classroom management and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will:
- Have a suitable qualification of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- two years experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
