ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN school in Dudley, West Midlands.

About the role

Support the learning and development of pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons and learning activities.
Lead small group and one-to-one sessions, providing targeted interventions to support academic, social, and emotional progress.
Assist with classroom management and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.
Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will:

Have a suitable qualification of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

two years experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
