Mike has now progressed to running the Secondary Division with ABC Teachers and is a member of the Senior Management Team.
Jo has worked for ABC teachers since 2006 and has worked in education recruitment for a total of 18 years. After building up as a successful desk as a consultant, Jo decided to utilise her organisation skills and industry knowledge to move into managing back office functions and has been doing this ever since. This role ensures ABC Teachers runs smoothly ‘behind the scenes’ and she is very proud to have supported the company’s growth during the past 11 years.
I currently work as a teacher for your company and feel I must bring your attention to a member of your staff called Scott Barker. I have been so very impressed with his professionalism over the past 12 months and, it is not just myself whom appears impressed. All the staff I deal with in schools visited, speak very highly of him and fellow supply teachers also hold him in high regard. He is an employee that has shown skill, talent and expertise and all that he does.
I first started working with ABC Teachers two years ago when our school went into ‘Special Measures’. At that time, the school was very vulnerable and a difficult place to work in. We needed a company who would understand our situation and be able to react quickly to our changing daily needs. ABC fulfilled this requirement. We have always had a personal consultant who knows our staff and who was able to send the best person for each particular role. All of the supply teachers and teaching assistants who have worked with us have been of a high quality and in fact, we have recruited several people from ABC to join our team. I would recommend ABC unreservedly.
We have been working with ABC for over 5 years and have been impressed with their efficient service and the quality of their supply staff. Requests for supply cover are always dealt with swiftly and they have a very good understanding of our requirements. In a very busy office, it is very reassuring to know that just a quick telephone call or e-mail is all that is needed to ensure last minute cover.
