ABC Teachers is seeking a Qualified Teaching Assistant for a long-term 1:1 role supporting a Year 3 pupil with Social and Emotional SEN needs in a supportive primary school in the Coventry area.
About the role
This position is to start from February half term and run until the end of the academic year. Working hours will be from 8.30 am until 13.30pm every day Monday to Friday.
This role is ideal for a calm, patient, and nurturing Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and helping them thrive in a school environment.

Requirements
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above)
- Previous experience supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
