ABC Teachers is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a specialist setting in Coventry.
About the role
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning, regulate emotions and build confidence. The successful 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant will deliver structured, consistent support daily.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time you will:
- • Minimum 1 year SEN school experience
- • Patient, calm and nurturing approach
- • Confident supporting additional needs
- • Strong communication and teamwork skills
- • Committed and reliable
- • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- • Minimum 1 year SEN school experience
