ABC Teachers is looking for a committed and nurturing 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in a specialist SEN setting in Coventry. This 1:1 Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone experienced in SEN education who can provide consistent, tailored support.

The Dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will provide focused 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning, regulate emotions and build confidence. The successful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will deliver structured and consistent daily support.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will:
- • Minimum 1 year SEN school experience
- • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- • Salary dependent on experience, training and qualifications

- • Minimum 1 year experience in an SEN school (essential)
