Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirement for this position is a suitable qualification to teach MFL i.e PGCE, with valid QTS. Experience of leading a department or being second lead would be an advantage.

The School and Role
I am proud to be working in partnership with an established school based in the Wolverhampton area who are looking to recruit a passionate MFL Teacher to work with other MFL staff to provide the best possible education for students. Knowledge of the various curriculums such as BTEC, and GCSE’s is important. The school offer both French and Spanish at GCSE The ability to teach both would be advantageous but the school is willing to take applications from candidates who are competent in one or the other.
The school are looking for an experienced teacher with excellent leadership skills and behaviour management skills. You should have excellent communication skills and be confident in networking with a range of people including pupils, teachers, school management team and parents.
Requirements
The successful MFL
- Experience of teaching MFL to KS3 and KS4
- Excellent curriculum knowledge.
- Leadership skills
- Dedication to providing first class sports provision to the school.
- Dedicated to help children succeed in the subject
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- A suitable qualification to teach MFL i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK
