A welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Burntwood is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Fench and German teacher to join their team from September 2025.
About the role
The long-term role is to start September 2025 and will run until Easter 2026. This is a full-time role covering a long-term staff absence and will involve the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher.

Teaching French and German to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience)

Full teaching role, including planning, delivering lessons, marking, and attending relevant meetings

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching both French and German in a secondary school
- Strong classroom management and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Already have or be prepared to process a new DBS that is registered on the update service
- Obtain suitable references
