About the role
ABC Teachers is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Food Technology Teacher for a long-term supply position at a welcoming secondary school in Kings Norton. This full-time role is set to start in September 2025, with the potential to continue through the full academic year.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialism in Food Technology or Design Technology
- Proven experience delivering Food Tech at Key Stage 3 and 4
- A genuine passion for cooking and nutrition education
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- a suitable qualification to teach Food Technology i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
