About the role

ABC Teachers is thrilled to announce an opening for a talented Maths Teacher to join a established client school.

As a Maths Teacher at our esteemed school in Moseley, you will inspire and educate students, fostering a love for mathematics and helping them achieve their full potential. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to various learning styles, ensuring every student is supported and challenged appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic Maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Create a positive learning environment conducive to academic success.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths department.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher you will:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths.
  • Passion for education and student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • a suitable qualification to teach Maths i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
