About the role
ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our team in Harborne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Drama Lessons: Inspire and motivate students through creative and dynamic drama lessons.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of the drama curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Student Support: Provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, fostering their confidence and skills.
- Assessment and Feedback: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching drama to secondary school students.
- Passion for Drama: A genuine passion for drama and the ability to inspire students.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to Safeguarding: A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- a suitable qualification to teach Drama i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
