ABC Teachers is currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time position at an SEN School in Smethwick.

- We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support the daily operations of our established SEN School.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- • Possess prior experience working with children and young individuals with diverse special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and sensory requirements.
- • While desirable, qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are not mandatory.
- • Capable of obtaining appropriate references and undergoing a DBS check.
- • Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling the quick establishment of rapport with students.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Two years supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
