Most schools are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant on a full-time basis, these roles can vary across EYFS-KS2 and can be either working as 1:1 support, running intervention sessions, or working as a general classroom assistant, or the role could in fact include all of the above dependant on the school you're placed into.

• Have strong interpersonal skills across the entirety of the role.
• Hold strong knowledge of the curriculum.
• Be a passionate and hard working individual, committed to bettering each child's day.

• Have referenceable experience from within a classroom or similar setting.
• A level 3 relevant qualification or above would make the candidate advantageous.
• Hold a DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
