We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bilingual Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students who have English as an additional language (EAL).

As a Bilingual Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome language barriers and thrive in their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one or small group support to students, assisting with language acquisition and literacy development, and facilitating communication between students and teachers. Additionally, you will help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and another language, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience working in a school setting and knowledge of educational strategies for supporting EAL students are desirable. - Have experience working with Children or young adults who have additional needs.
- Be Fluent in an additional language to English.
- A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.
- You must be comfortable with personal care.
