ABC Teachers are seeking committed, resilient and adaptable Teachers to join our SEN supply register, supporting a range of specialist SEN schools across Coventry.
About the role
This role is focused primarily on settings supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), and challenging behaviours. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply basis, offering flexibility alongside rewarding work.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging, structured lessons, promote positive behaviour, and provide consistency for pupils who benefit from clear routines and strong relationships. You will work closely with experienced support staff to help create calm, safe and nurturing learning environments.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs.

Requirements
- • Demonstrate confident behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
- • Be calm, patient and resilient in challenging situations
- • Be committed to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and young people
- • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- • Have experience working with pupils with ASC and/or SEMH, or a strong interest in this area
