ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to work in a SEN School in Birmingham on a full-time basis.
About the role
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management techniques, social skills development, and emotional regulation strategies.
- Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction across various subjects, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, incorporating input from therapists, counselors, and other specialists, to address the specific needs of each student.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teacher you will:
- Have a suitable qualification to teach such as PGCE or BEd.
- Have experience of working with children with special educational needs.
- Be confident in your abilities to engage students who may have lost an interest in education.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Two years teaching students with Special Educational Needs.
