ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to work within a school in Dudley.
About the role
- As a Teacher will play a crucial role in delivering tailored education and support to students with complex needs.
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that are differentiated to meet the diverse needs of students with PMLD.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, and adapt teaching approaches as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and facilitate their progress in communication, cognition, mobility, and independence.

- Making sure to use an inclusive curriculum using sensory based activites.
- The school caters to primary and seconday aged students.
- Running weekly CPD lessons to ensure staff have up to date knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Complex needs Teacher you will:
- Have a suitable qualification to teach such as PGCE or BEd.
- Have experience of working with children with special educational needs.
- To be able to help to build a child’s independence, social and emotional development.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Two years teaching students with Special Educational Needs.
