About the role
ABC Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Worcester. This role is a maternity cover position, offering an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to contribute to a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a suitable qualification to teach Maths i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
