About the role
ABC Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Solihull. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the national curriculum and cater to diverse student needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- a suitable qualification to teach Maths i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
