About the role

ABC Teachers are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Male Physical Education Teacher to join a vibrant Secondary School in Redditch, Worcestershire. The successful candidate will be passionate about promoting physical health and well-being, inspiring students to excel in sports and physical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to participate.
  • Organize and lead extracurricular sports clubs and activities to enhance students' overall physical development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Male PE Teacher you will:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
  • Experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for promoting physical health and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • a suitable qualification to teach PE i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
