ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment and play a crucial role in supporting the learning journey of students.

About the role

Supervise and manage students in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline.
Provide support to students in their learning activities.
Collaborate with teaching staff and support colleagues as needed.
Report any issues or incidents to senior staff.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Experienced Cover Supervisor you will:

Previous referenceable experience working with children in a school setting for 5 days or more
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
Passion for education and the development of young minds.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
