Let us help kick start your teaching career. ABC Teachers are looking to recruit a pool of Newly Qualified Teacher/Early Career Teachers to work in Secondary schools on a long term basis in the Birmingham area from September 23.
About the role
We are looking for early careers teachers who are experienced across KS3/KS4. If you have recently qualified or are qualifying this year then this is a fantastic opportunity and we would love to speak with you. We offer long term assignments with help to support your induction, permanent roles and day to day supply. This role is flexible and can be full-time or part-time to suit you and will help you gain valuable teaching experience within a number of schools across the Birmingham area to offer great networking opportunities.

We have built up some fantastic working relationships across Birmingham with our partner schools in the area and can offer you a range of roles to suit you.
Our schools have regular requirements across all subjects and key stages from KS3 to KS5.
Requirements
- Have or willing to obtain a valid DBS check.
- Gained, or currently gaining, QTS/QTLS.
- Minimum of 5 days teaching experience in the last 10 years, that we can reference.
- Have the right to work in the UK (ABC teachers do not offer sponsorship).
- a suitable qualification to teach, or undergoing i.e PGCE, with valid QTS
