Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Telford? About the role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classrooms across a variety of subjects
- Ensure students remain on task and follow the school’s behaviour policies
- Support students with questions and manage the learning environment effectively
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom conduct

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational setting
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational setting
