ABC Teachers is inviting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) from the Shrewsbury area to join our supply register in preparation for the Summer Term. This is an excellent opportunity to work in local primary schools, taking on roles as an unqualified teacher or teaching assistant and making a positive impression.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
About the role
This role includes the following:
- The chance to begin work as an unqualified teacher or teaching assistant for the rest of the summer term (once university studies are complete), with registration finalized during the Easter Break.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Unqualified Teachers- Shrewsbury you will:
- Be passionate about education and supporting young learners.
- Have some experience leading lessons, such as through placements or initial teaching roles.
- No previous experience in supply needed.
- Have to be enrolled in a teaching course and will have a QTS pending graduation at the end of the year.

- Need to be able to gain relevant references from placement school and university.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Salary based on daily rate.
