- You play a pivotal role in providing essential support to students with diverse learning needs within the School.
- Your primary responsibility is to create an inclusive and nurturing environment that facilitates the academic and social development of students with special education needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other support staff to foster a comprehensive and supportive educational experience for students with special needs.
- Full time role to begin immediately with the possibility to be ongoing for the right SEN Teaching Assistant
About you:

To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:
- Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs.
- Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
