About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive science lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.
Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with the school's faculty and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS3/4 Science Teacher you will:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching science at secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge in biology, chemistry, or physics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
