About the role
As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in maintaining learning and supporting students when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged and on task

Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Supporting students’ learning and wellbeing

Building confidence and classroom management skills through hands-on experience

Requirements
