We are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school in Telford.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support primary pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) through both small group and one-on-one instruction, adapting learning strategies to meet each student's unique needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an SEND setting, either with children or adults.
- Flexibility, dedication, and a strong commitment to supporting students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Candidates must successfully pass interviews and reference checks. Additionally, they must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
