ABC Teachers is currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Bournville on a long-term supply basis, beginning in September 2025. Requirements
- Previous experience working with secondary school-aged pupils
- A genuine passion for supporting young people’s development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- A patient, adaptable and reliable approach to supporting learning
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- experience in a similar position or 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 5 years.
