You’ll provide 1:1 or small group support to students with a variety of needs and additional challenges.

A passion for education and strong teamwork skills are key to this role, which offers the chance to help students thrive while gaining valuable experience in a supportive setting.

🏫 About the School:

An independent school for young adults aged 14–25, all of whom have a Statement of Special Educational Need or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

The school supports students with:

• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Visual/hearing impairments

• Behavioural challenges

• ✅ Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or have relevant experience
• ✅ Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs
• ✅ Can provide suitable references
• ✅ Have a DBS on the Update Service or are willing to complete a new one

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or have relevant experience

• Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
