Most of you also want to learn new styles and techniques from individuals who have been teaching for years.

We work with a range of schools within the area, and have done for many years. ABC would be keen to support you any way we can by supporting your needs and requirements to enter the world of teaching.

You will be working in one, or a range of different primary schools in and around the area.

• • Have a relevant QTS.
• • Be able to secure recent, relevant, referenceable experience from the past two years.
• • Have or be able to acquire a DBS on the update service.( We are offering these for FREE to all ECT'S)
• • Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.
• • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a polite and positive manner.
