About the role
BC Teachers are currently working with many client schools across the area and support ECT's to help find the teaching posts that are right for you.
Working in many of our local primary schools across Coventry and Warwickshire you will be able to build strong links within our schools which making you appealing to future employers.
Working for ABC Teachers will give you scope to work on a full time or part time basis, as well as having the option to work on a day to day basis, or in short term and long term positions depending on what suits your circumstances and joining our ECT Pool will give you exclusive access to a variety of ECT roles in your local area.
In the meantime, whilst you are still studying and waiting for your QTS to be awarded, we can offer you work as a Teaching Assistant which will allow you to experience different schools in your local area so you can find a school that is right for you ready for September 2025.

ABC Teachers work with a range of ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ primary schools in Coventry and the surrounding areas who will be looking to recruit new staff for September 2025.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of working towards obtaining QTS
- A passion for working with children
- Experience of teaching in the primary environment
- DBS on the update Service
- Able to provide to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment – School Placement
- Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications
