ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Special Educational Needs School in Dudley full-time, starting as soon as possible.
About the role
- As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the educational, social and emotional development of students in your care.
- Work alongside the class teacher to provide an engaging curriculum, where you support students in achieving their best.
- Work with students aged from four to nineteen, one to one, or in small groups.
- The role is on a full time basis with the possibility to be ongoing for the right candidate.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 2/3 Qualified Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification
- Have previous experience working with children and young people with moderate and more complex additional needs.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
