ABC Teachers is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join the vibrant learning environment of a SEND school in the heart of Shrewsbury.
About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing personalized support to students, both individually and in small groups. Your primary focus will be on fostering a student-centered approach to learning, assisting with classroom activities, and ensuring each student's unique needs are met.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong rapport with students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Have previous experience working with children and young individuals with SEND.
- Possess excellent communication and behavior management skills.
- Be willing to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- experience in SEND setting
