ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant who is able to cover full time in a long-term vacancy based in a lower Key Stage 2 setting. This will be based in a primary school in Telford to start from September 2024.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
About the role
This role will include:
- Full-time work on a long-term basis with the school.
- Scheduled to work from 08:30-15:30.
- To start from the beginning of Autumn Term, start date can be flexible for late applicants.

This will be based at a two-form entry primary school based in the Telford area.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS2 Teaching Assistant- Telford you will:
- Be a confident and positive influence on a working environment.
- Must have previous experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting.
- Any applicants for this role will ideally have a childcare qualification, however any applicants with relevant experience to this role will also be able to apply.
- Be willing to commit to full time hours.
- Be able to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years.
- Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Salary based on hourly rate.
