ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to provide high-quality classroom management and lesson delivery across secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent.

This role involves managing classrooms, delivering pre-set lesson plans, and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will:
- Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role in a secondary school.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with students aged 11-16.
- A calm, confident, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- A passion for education and supporting young learners.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role in a secondary school.
