As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising students in various classroom settings.
- Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans effectively.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Providing support to students with their learning and social development.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and school administration to uphold school policies.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in a school or youth setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage classroom dynamics.
- A passion for education and youth development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
