The schools we work with place the students at the heart, the curriculum is uniquely designed to accommodate students' different needs and Teaching Assistants work with the class teacher to aid the development of individual students.

The desired Supply Teacher will have;

• Teaching experience within the UK or abroad within the last five years that we can gain references from.

• Experience of working with pupils with SEND or adults with SEND Needs.

• A passion for the progress of students with SEND in an education setting.

• A strong understanding of planning and preparation work and how to work within the national curriculum.

• An Ability to work individually and take a proactive approach to student care and learning.

• Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
