ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated Sports Cover Supervisor to join our established client secondary school in Redditch. If you have a background in sports coaching or related experience, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Sports Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared sports lessons and providing support to classroom teachers during their absence.

Your role will involve:

• Leading engaging sports sessions for students of all ages and abilities
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Managing behaviour effectively and following school policies
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality education experiences

The school are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to slot right into their dynamic PE Department and make a positive impact to the school. You will have access to a range of resources and equipment in the school to help enhance your practice.

• Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to motivate and inspire students
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

• 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
