The role itself:
You will be working 1:1 with a specific pupil, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions for a specific pupil while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully.

Requirements
- You must have: Strong adaptability A strong passion for learning and showing creativity. Patience, Resilience and Reliability Strong interpersonal skills to cater to the specific needs of the pupil. Be able to provide 2 solid references covering years’ experience. Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one. Have previous experience working within education or a similar environment. ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
