As a Life Skills Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, highly personalised lessons, as well as marking books and folders. You will support pupils with communication, wellbeing, independence and confidence, working within a nurturing, structured and consistent environment.

Students benefit from a bespoke Life Skills curriculum designed to prepare them for future educational pathways and independent living.

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, BEd). ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• Have experience teaching students with ASC or additional needs (essential).

• Be confident with lesson planning, delivery and marking.
• Be adaptable and able to tailor learning to meet individual needs.
• Be committed to the academic, emotional and social development of pupils.

• 2 years teaching experience
• 2 years experience working with additional needs in any capacity - specifically ASC
