ABC Teachers are looking for ambitious Early Careers Teachers who can work full or part time on a flexible basis from September, in and around the Burton area to cover a range of different Primary aged year groups.

Here at ABC, we support a lot of ECT’s and what we find is that you are looking to broaden your knowledge and experience with different year groups and different schools.
Most of you also want to learn new styles and techniques from individuals who have been teaching for years.

Requirements
- Have a relevant QTS.
- Be able to secure recent, relevant, referenceable experience from the past two years.
- Have or be able to acquire a DBS on the update service.
- Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a polite and positive manner.
- QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
