Early Careers Teacher (NQT/ECT)

ABC Teachers are looking for ambitious Early Careers Teachers who can work full or part time on a flexible basis from September, in and around the Sandwell area on a supply basis.
About the role
Here at ABC Teachers, we support a lot of ECT’s and what we find is that you are looking to broaden your knowledge and experience with different year groups and different schools.
Most of you also want to learn new styles and techniques from individuals who have been teaching for years.
This is something we can look to support you with.

We work with a range of schools within the area, and have done for many years. ABC Teachers would be keen to support you any way we can by supporting your needs and requirements to enter the world of teaching.
Some of the local primary schools are also seeking to appoint their upcoming ECT's as Teaching Assistants for the final summer term of 2024.
Requirements
- You must have a passion for pupil progression.
- Hold strong knowledge of the current curriculum.
- Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.
- Have referenceable experience from within your most recent placement.
- Hold valid QTS.
- Have a DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
