ABC Teachers are seeking Outdoor Activity Leader to work as Cover Supervisors on either a full or part time basis in and around Aston.
About the role
The successful Outdoor Activity Leader will be booked out in advance of any booking but, when this isn't possible you will be offered day-to-day work. The typical hours are between 8:30am- 3:15pm.

Teaching pre-set Key Stage 3/4 students.

Working with children aged from 11 through to 16 years old.

No planning, marking or assessing.

Managing an average class size in the absence of a teacher.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Outdoor Activity Leader you will:
- Minimum of 5 days experience working in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
- Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check.
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly built a good rapport with students and staff.
- A passion for working with children, in a calm and authoritative manner.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- 5 days in sole charge of a group of children.
