About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Cover short-term and long-term teaching assignments as required.
- Plan, prepare, and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and engagement.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the maths curriculum and exam requirements.
- Experience teaching across a range of abilities.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to work across different schools in Stoke-on-Trent.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
