We’re searching for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a committed SEND School in Wolverhampton. You’ll work with both primary and secondary pupils, supporting a wide range of communication needs, sensory profiles and learning styles.

• Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support across different age groups
• Adapting learning tasks and resources to meet individual needs
• Supporting social communication, emotional regulation and life skills development
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and specialist staff
• Helping to maintain a calm, predictable and engaging learning environment

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:

A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with strong SEND experience
Confident supporting autistic learners with varied and complex needs
Skilled at building trusting relationships and promoting independence
Able to provide references and hold/obtain an enhanced DBS & Right to Work in the UK

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
