We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant for a rewarding full-time role at a well-established special needs school in South Birmingham.

- 1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom.
- Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.
- Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailored learning materials.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
- Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour.
- Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment is essential.
- Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- experience in SEND setting
