We’re looking for a enthusiastic, committed Learning Support Assistant to join an inspiring SEND school in Telford. In this rewarding role, you’ll support primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication difficulties, helping them grow in confidence, progress academically, and enjoy their school day.

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to access learning

Requirements
- Patient, proactive and passionate about helping children with SEND
- Experience supporting children with additional needs or communication difficulties
- Confident with behaviour support and building trusting relationships
- Able to provide references, hold a valid DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
- Experience in SEND setting
