ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Key Stage 2 Teacher with prior experience in the key stage 2 setting to help cover a full time Class Teacher role at a primary school in Wolverhampton, to start after the Easter break.
About the role
This role includes the following:
- Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
- Working on a full-time basis in a class based in the Key Stage 2 setting.
- PPA time will be allocated within these hours as well as support with planning, meaning extra-curricular work is left to a minimum.
- This will be long term cover starting from the 8th of April and lasting until the end of the academic year.

This school is a two-form entry meaning there will be another teacher in the same group to liaise with regarding curriculum, this school is based in the Penn area.
Requirements
- Be able to work confidently with children of a Key Stage 2 age range.
- Have prior experience in a full class teacher role, showing experience of leading a class in an important summer term.
- Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
- Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
- Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
- Salary based on main pay scale.
