As a Cover Supervisor at ABC Teachers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools and helping students to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for supervising classes and maintaining an engaging and productive learning environment during the absence of regular teaching staff. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with diverse age groups and subjects, gaining valuable experience in the education sector.

• Supervise students in the classroom, ensuring they remain on task and follow the lesson plan.
• Manage the classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Implement pre-set lesson plans and provide assistance to students as need

The schools are located across Burton upon Trent and welcome new inspiring Cover Supervisors.

• Experience working with groups of children, this does not need to be in a school setting
• A positive and can do attitude in your approach to work.
• Already have or be prepared to get a DBS on the update service
