ABC Teachers are recruiting for a EYFS teacher with plenty of prior experience working with the EYFS curriculum to cover a long-term Reception Teacher cover in Cannock from January 2026 until the Easter break April 2026.
About the role
- Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
- Working on full time basis, being paid for additional responsibilities that come with the role.
- Commencing from the start of the new half term, up until the Eater break, but has potential to be extended.

This is based at a two-form entry school based in the Cannock area, having a recent ofsted inspection receiving a good grade.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of EYFS Teacher - Cannock you will:
- Have prior experience in a full class teacher role, showing experience of leading a class of a reception age.
- Be willing to commit to a full-time role with full responsibilities regarding planning, assessments and liaising with parents.
- Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
- Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
- Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
